Och, I get wiser every day, but unfortunately older too. Everything has become that much stiffer and less brisk. Of course I don’t fall from the stairs. But I began to have more doubts about my balance and became increasingly aware of the heightened risks. But I didn’t want to forego the upper floor and thought: why not make it easy for myself?

I was completely converted to the idea when I saw the increasing anxiety on the part of my children and my husband. Wisdom grows with advancing years. Now wild horses couldn’t part me from my Freelift. On the first day I was up and down the stairs a good ten times. What fun. It’s not that I go any earlier to bed, but I do make my daily trips upstairs and downstairs with a relaxed smile. And believe me: that’s been a while. And my husband? He joins in the fun: I discovered him using the stair lift on the sly to transport our clean laundry. “Just the thing, a Freelift, he called out with a grin.”

Freelift and Safety

Every Freelift is fitted with a safety belt: one procedure for ascending and descending safely.

The Freelift will stop immediately when it encounters an obstacle on the stairs: no fear of getting stuck on the way.

The convenient joystick may be placed as you prefer on the left or right armrest. Turn the key and everything works!

It couldn’t be more comfortable or straightforward: with light pressure on the fetch and dispatch buttons the lift is always within arm’s reach.
